WHAT MAKES LOVE IS HEALING UNIQUE?
We aim to treat the root causes of complex trauma, from a holistic point of view,
taking into account physical health, hormones, toxins, environment, relationships, etc.
Our entire team of practitioners consists of trauma-informed clinicians who specialize in the treatment of complex PTSD. In addition to this, practitioners receive ongoing shamanic reiki training, as well as ongoing training on holistic healing considerations and metaphysics.
Shamanic Reiki takes traditional reiki and incorporates shamanic healing, shamanic journeys, and the use of shamanic tools into sessions. Incorporating this into your treatment is not necessary and must be client-initiated.

The National Association of Social Workers has a Code of Ethics and we use these standards at Love Is Healing. It tells us we must, as providers, be respectful of all clients, regardless of what their beliefs are.
With that said, we are aware that many people who identify as "Patriots," as "Conservatives," or as "straight" and cisgender, who feel like they must censor what they say. We want to this group know we are able to support them through feeling displaced, marginalized, etc.
Of course, we support people who identify as liberal or apolitical, too, as well as queer, LGBTQ+, and everyone in between! :)

Why "Love Is Healing?"
Because, it's a cycle:
the more we love, the more we heal;
the more we heal, the more we love.
Love Is Healing, LLC is a behavioral health agency with the intent of providing "something more" than typical therapy and "something more" than typical reiki.
At Love is Healing, we specialize in aiding others in transcending trauma through trauma release through the marriage of shamanic reiki and eclectic, person-centered psychotherapy to support optimal mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, as well as enhanced self-love. Our aim is to support clients who are looking to heal and integrate trauma through more natural means.
Support is available to those going through spiritual awakening/ascension and looking to deepen their relationships with themselves.
Support is available to those who identify as Christian, Catholic, etc.
Shamanic healing services can be provided anywhere, online.

We view mental health, chronic pain, and chronic illness from a root cause and trauma-informed perspective, recognizing the body keeps the score of all its experiences. We are trained in working with the body to help release trauma and in helping to rewire the brain after trauma.
This approach can work for most people and for most mental health diagnoses.

At Love Is Healing, we believe, to be our best, most wholesome selves, we must learn to embrace integrate, and love all aspects of ourselves, including those frightening shadow aspects/parts of us that bring out our shame.
We believe, when we lovingly embrace these parts of ourselves, we heal.
We believe, while we are not perfect, the more we lovingly embrace ourselves, the more of service we are not only to ourselves but to humanity.
For, what we hold within, we extend without.
Our mission is to spread Love & Light through Unity Consciousness and healing, in order to support the Ascension of humanity.
For, the more healed we each are, the more we can all love one another and support others in their healing and in this Path/Journey we call life.
Our mission is honestly to support everyone in following their Divine Alignment so they may live their best, heart-centered lives. For, the more of us accomplish living in this vibration, the more we can light up the world and one another. We envision a world where love is the answer and where love is healing.
Our practitioners are all trained in working with the medicine wheel, for a holistic approach to therapies offered.
